MedEx Health Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to delivering multidisciplinary healthcare continuums for the elderly and healthcare workers. We work closely with clients and their families to help them achieve better health outcomes physically, mentally, and behaviorally. Our mission is to bridge the service gaps and care inequalities faced by marginalized and racialized populations.
